March Bliss List

You Are Cordially Invited To Attend To Nothing But Your Peace Of Mind - I Give You Permission To Leave Everything Else Behind - These Moments Are Yours To Experience The Sublime - And Tend To Everything Else Another Time

1. Practice the art of Day Dreaming. Hard you say? No time you say? We do it all day. The difference is we practice "day nightmares". Thoughts of dread come so easy to us that they've become part of our natural thought process. But the word tells us to think on good things. So simply start by taking a lovely thought and practice holding on to it for 3 to 5 minutes, three times a day. Oh, by-the-way don't be surprise when miracles and happy surprises begin to show up.
2. Be absolutely determined to feel good every day. A good tip is to keep a smile on your face all the time, Well at least most of the time. Harpo Marks wrote the song "Smile" that Nate King Cole made famous. Find it on the net and listen to the words, it'll make you SMILE LOL!
3. Buy yourself a gift from a shop you love and have it gift wrapped in luscious paper & ribbon. Promise it to yourself after achieving a certain goal. Keep it in sight for inspiration – Now that’s self-encouragement.
4. Wake up at 4:30 in the morning once a week. Light a few candles, prepare your favorite hot beverage, and have a nice long talk with God (Plan to get to bed early the night before).
5. Plan your bliss. Start a home-spa bubble bath collection. You know the good stuff (subliminal: www.AScentimentalJourney.com), aromatherapy salts, bubbly bath gel, a sweet sugar scrub, soothing bath oils, and yummy soaps. Look for a super fluffy bathrobe and slippers. You’re going to need a decadent, thirsty towel and candles too. You’ll be on the ready for some REAL self-pampering when life beats up on you – because every champion needs a little R&R.
6. Spend a few hours at an awesome health food store and explore all the delicious, healthy food options that are out there. You'll be pleasantly surprise.
7. Spend the weekend Spring-cleaning and reap the rewards for weeks to come.
8. Subscribe to a new magazine. Something that will inspire you to cook healthy, sew, paint, or even travel. A good place to start is at www.AScentimentalJourney.com. On our home page you’ll find our Magazine Stand link. I promise you’ll feel like a kid in a candy store.
9. Create a Correspondence Box, drawer or chess. Fill it with all occasion cards, pretty stationary, fancy stamps, yummy stickers and fun pens. Email is cool, but there's still something really special about receiving a card, or personal note in the mail.
10. Join www.90daydreamquest.com and become a part of the Biblical Laws of Attraction Mastermind Group. Set 3 to 4 goals you would like to manifest within the next 90 days and we’ll support you.
